• Registration data: Name, email, phone number, and professional licence details (for doctors and pharmacies).
• Health data: Medical records, consultation notes, and symptoms shared voluntarily by patients.
• Payment data: Transaction IDs and payment status only. Card/bank details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.
• Usage data: Device type, browser, IP address, and pages visited.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our platform services.
• To process payments and send transaction confirmations.
• To verify credentials of registered doctors and pharmacies.
• To send service updates and notifications via WhatsApp or email.
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely on Google Firebase, with servers located in India. We implement encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Health records are accessible only to the patient and their treating doctor.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay — for payment processing.
• Google Firebase — for data storage and authentication.
• Law enforcement — only when required by applicable Indian law.

6. Health Data

Health records are confidential and visible only to the patient. They are never shared with any third party without explicit patient consent, except as required by law.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

• Access and download your data from within the app.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@dbay.co.in.

D'Bay uses minimal session cookies required for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
