Refund & Cancellation Policy

D'Bay is committed to fair and transparent transactions. This policy outlines when refunds are applicable and how to request them. If you have any questions, contact us at support@dbay.app

1. Patient Booking Fees

When a patient books an appointment through D'Bay, a non-refundable slot reservation fee is charged to confirm the slot.

2. Doctor Enrollment Fee

A one-time enrollment fee is charged to onboard doctors onto the D'Bay platform for profile verification and setup.

3. Pharmacy Enrollment Fee

Pharmacy registration fees follow the same policy as doctor enrollment fees above.

4. Storage Upgrade Fees

Health record storage upgrades are non-refundable once the storage has been allocated and activated on your account.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

6. Subscription Cancellations

D'Bay does not currently offer subscription plans. All fees are one-time payments. This section will be updated when subscription plans are introduced.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate to:

All disputes are governed by the laws of India. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.

8. Changes to This Policy

SOMI Technologies reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of D'Bay services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
