Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
All fees paid on D'Bay are non-refundable. By completing a payment on this platform, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Refunds are considered only in genuine cases as described below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests will be reviewed and considered only in the following situations:
- Payment was successfully deducted but the service was not activated or delivered due to a technical failure on our platform.
- Duplicate payment was charged for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- Doctor/Pharmacy registration fee was paid but the application was rejected due to a platform-side error (not due to invalid or incomplete credentials submitted by the applicant).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued for:
- Change of mind after payment.
- Patient not showing up for a booked appointment.
- Appointment cancelled by the patient for any reason.
- Registration fee once the account is verified and activated.
- Registration or subscription fee where the account is suspended due to invalid, expired, or misrepresented credentials submitted by the applicant — the fee covers the cost of background verification conducted by our team, which is incurred regardless of the outcome.
- Storage upgrade fee once storage has been provisioned.
- Private consultation record fee once the record is saved.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Cash refunds are not available.
