D'Bay provides a digital platform only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions are made solely by the licensed professionals registered on the platform. In a medical emergency, call 112 immediately.
Your use of D'Bay is governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle all personal and health data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
SOMI Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. Accounts found to have invalid, expired, or misrepresented professional credentials during background verification will be suspended immediately and the subscription cancelled without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOMI Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
